Welcome Screen

The ICQ welcome screen is launched every time a user logs in to ICQ or clicks the Welcome screen button in the ICQ client menu. It displayes various content offerings from ICQ, such as games, new features and services and community activities, and partner content, such as news, entertainment and services. The welcome screen banner (180x150) is highly effective and supports image, animated GIF, Flash and HTML banners.
